Weltmeyer was the winner of his stallion licensing in Verden; 1987stallion performance test winner and FEI Three Year Old Champion in Warendorf; 1988 Best Stallionin his Age Group; 1989 DLG Champion; and, in 1998 culminating in the title of Stallion of the Year.With a Breeding Value Index of 152 he has an assured 99% heritability. His grandsire was a private stallion, Fashion King. His dam, Fergie, as well as his granddamLiebelei were one of the early approvals for the Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program. Fergie has a10 for scope and besides Windfall, produced another Weltmeyer son with success in dressage up toS-level.Windfall was successful in dressage to Intermediare level, including accolades for 2001 USDF 3rd levelHorse of the Year (median score 72.33%); 2002 AHS 4th level Horse of the Year (median 68.8%); USDFIntermediare 1 Horse of the Year (median 71.13%).
